Anxiety
What is ANXIETY?
Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling of fear, nervousness, uneasiness, or concern that something bad may happen. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and can manifest real physical symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, trembling, shaking, muscle aches, restlessness, insomnia, rapid heart beat, sweating, and clammy hands. Most people often experience a general state of worry or fear before confronting something challenging such as a test or interview. These feelings are easily justified and considered normal. Worry becomes anxiety when it feels overwhelming because it is very time consuming and intense with accompanying-and sometimes extreme-physical symptoms.
